Did you encountered this error message while paying through Paypal? Don’t worry because you are not alone. I got this error when I am about to pay the domain name I was about to buy. Since I got this error and did not search around for solution, I was not able to charge through my Paypal. Luckily there’s an alternative option to pay via credit card.
If you have encountered this, there are possible solutions that you might want to try. I said possible because some of these might work for you but it’s also possible that it might not.
1. Use Internet Explorer 8. Try using the default web browser in your Windows operating system. If you still encounter the same error message upon checkout, then you might want to try a higher version of Internet Explorer.
2. Edit your address. For one user who just added a new address, he just edited the new address to be the primary one. After editing the new address as the primary one from being secondary, the user was able to fix the error.
3. Remove your VCC. If you are using VCC, you might want to remove it for the mean time and try if the transaction will push through. If it works, return back the VCC setting to the original since it might affect your Paypal account causing it to be limited someday.
Try these three known solutions to Paypal transactions having the error – “We’re sorry, but we can’t send your payment right now”. If you have other suggestions for this error, please let us know via the comment section below. It might work for other people. Thanks!
